Michael Vick Reportedly Back with Nike
When Michael Vick was reinstated to the NFL, we wondered if or when Nike would reinstate him as well. In the meantime, we compiled a list of the History of Michael Vick Nike Shoes in which many of you thought were very fresh. However, there may be a part of the aforementioned feature in due time. With that said, we have just received word that Michael Vick has signed an endorsement deal with Nike again.
According to Vick’s agent Joel Segal, Michael Vick, “has has a great relationship with Nike and is excited to be part of the #Nike team again.“
At press time, no other details were relayed. However, we can expect Vick to sport Nike gear and shoes in the near future. If you recall, Nike dropped Vick in 2007 due to his federal dog fighting charges. What are your thoughts on Nike’s second chance act?

Fitted Hawaii x New Era – Big Game Hunters
The stories behind each of Fitted Hawaii’s products are real great to read. This wild boar graphic on the front can be traced to the big game hunting that happens on the island, but the underlying meaning behind it talks about the human nature to excel and shoot for the top. The entire cap is black and the interior of the crown is lined with a satin orange camo print. The cap will release alongside a matching shirt and it starts today.
Nike x Huf – Hufquake Firefly jacket
As both the Nike and the Hufquake chronicles continue to reign, we come their joint Firefly Jacket project. Similar to the Airmax 90 Current that is set to release, the jacket bears the all over earthquake print. It’s built to keep you dry from the elements, but doesn’t provide much warmth. Philippine storm leaves 106 dead or missing
Many parts of the Philippine capital remained flooded Sunday from a tropical storm that left at least 106 people dead or missing.
Army troops, police and civilian volunteers have rescued more than 5,100 people, but tens of thousands of others were said to be still marooned by flash flooding and landslides brought on by Tropical Storm Ketsana.
Defence Secretary Gilbert Teodoro reported at least 83 people dead and 23 others missing.
The storm swept through the northern Philippines on Saturday, causing the region's worst flooding in more than four decades.
The government has declared a "state of calamity" in 25 provinces and in metropolitan Manila, which has a population of about 20 million.
Floodwaters were fast receding, but many areas of the capital remained under water, particularly in the eastern suburbs of Manila.
It's estimated that more than a quarter of a million people have had to leave their homes in storm-hit regions. Some have turned up at the 92 evacuation centres set up in Manila.
Gov. Joselito Mendoza of Bulacan province, north of the capital, said it was tragic that "people drowned in their own houses" as the storm raged.
The 42.4 centimetres of rain that swamped metropolitan Manila in just 12 hours on Saturday exceeded the 39.2-centimetre average for all of September, chief government weather forecaster Nathaniel Cruz said.
Distress calls and emails from thousands of residents in metropolitan Manila and their worried relatives flooded TV and radio stations overnight. Ketsana swamped entire towns, set off landslides and shut down Manila's airport for several hours.

SONY Unveils PS3 Motion Controller
Sony has released a preview of the upcoming PS3 motion controller to go with the Play Station Eye. Sony says they’ve learned “some experiences need buttons”, which is what differs this to Microsoft’s Project Natal. The Motion controller will be available next year. Slated for a December drop, we get a closer look into one of the better colorways in the Jordan XII, which has yet to officially retro. Staying true to the originals, the shoes featuring a mostly white base with red accents and a premium leather upper. These definitely look like one of the more quality releases from the Jordan camp thus far in 09.
