If you were excited about ‘Nike Air’ returning on the tongue tag of some of next year’s Air Jordan 1s then you have to read this. We’ve now confirmed that the coveted branding will also be returning on a retro of the OG Air Jordan III White/Cement Grey. Being dubbed the Air Jordan III ’88 Retro this 2013 release is guaranteed to rock with every original feature all the way down to the heel branding. We’ve been begging for this return for over a decade and finally Jordan Brand has listened. Look for these to drop in either February or March and expect this release to include some finely tuned details straight out of 1988. This is just the tip of the ice berg and we expect more Air Jordan IIIs to come bearing ‘Nike Air’ in 2013.
